Refund & Exchange Policy

 

How do I return?
Email support@morepeas.com with your order number and email address. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

 

Can I change my order?
If you made an error when placing your order, contact support@morepeas.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been fully processed, we cannot make changes.

 

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@morepeas.com within seven days of delivery to discuss refund or replacement options.

 

How do I make an exchange?
We allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis. For preference-based exchanges (such as color changes), we charge a $10 restocking fee to cover shipping and handling. Once the fee is paid, we’ll provide a return label and ship your replacement once the original item is received.

 

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of purchase

  • In new and unused condition

  • In original packaging with tags intact

 

What items are non-refundable?
All sale items, including merchandise purchased during flash sales, seasonal promotions, or special offers.

 

How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment or store credit (if applicable). Please note, your bank may require additional days to process the refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

How do I ship back the item(s)?
Follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email you receive after placing your return request.

 

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

What if I purchased morepeas from another retailer?
If your item was purchased through another retailer, we cannot process your return or exchange directly. Please contact the store where the purchase was made to discuss their policy.
