baked gnocchi

  1. Add 1/2 cup mini gnocchi to snack cup
  2. Top with 1/4 cup marinara per cup and 1 tabelspoon fresh greens
  3. Stir and top with 1/4 cup mozarella
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minites until cheese is bubbly and gnocchi are soft.


For a quicker recipe - microwave for 4 minutes, stir and cook for 1-2 additional minutes, or until soft.

For gnocchi mac and cheese replace with 1/4 tablespoons milk, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch and salt & pepper to taste.
