sous vide eggs

  1. Blend 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs and pour into 2 snack cups
  3. Place snack cups in Pyrex dish
  4. Add 1 inch boiling water and cover with another dish
  5. Microwave 4 minutes, then allow to sit 2 minutes
  6. Top with cheese, chives, or a strip of crispy bacon
  7. Breakfast served!
